Purchases made are non-refundable.

Payment of the fee, in whole or in part, represents and acknowledgement by Licensee that its rights with respect to the rehearsal tracks and/or digital representation for the sheet music or digital learning tracks (the “Work”) is limited solely to its right to distribute the rehearsal tracks to up the number of users (members of the ensemble and staff working with the ensemble) in accordance with the Licensee’s selected purchasing amount, for their own learning of the Work, and that, in no event, shall the Licensee, any ensemble member, or any staff member have the right to duplicate or share the rehearsal tracks for any reason whatsoever without the prior written approval of the composer in each instance. All other rights in and to the Work, including the copyright therein, remain with the Licensee.

Downloading digital assets to a secure location is the responsibility of the customer. This includes but is not limited to digital sheet music and learning tracks. Download links will expire and the content will not be accessible after that time.
